Letter from our founder.
As the founder of Queer Inc, it is an honor to share our corporate overview with you. It has been a lifelong dedication to building this company, starting with Q Financial back in 2003 along with the Q brand. The original concept was to embrace the term Queer almost two decades ago. Back then queer as a term was in flux of the power in which it was meant. As a gay man, I wanted to take ownership of it back and cherish that it meant different or unique. Now, with LGBTQ+ being more accepted throughout the world, we are ditching the letter Q and embracing the full Queer brand.
To us, Queer has meant Unique and Remarkable for decades. The original catchphrase was Unique and Quite Remarkable, now our slogan is Unique, Remarkable, Queer! It is the passion to allow the LGBTQ+ community to live their authentic lives freely and unashamed of who they are no matter who they love or the gender they choose to express.
Our company is comprised of a diverse group of individuals that reflect those we serve. As the leader of the company, it is my duty and privilege to welcome the experiences and views that my team brings and to adapt our company to the ever-changing climate that impacts the Queer Community. From fighting for more protections and rights to creating companies to fill in where people are being underserved, Queer Inc. is striving to be a leading example of what it means to have service come before profits.
One might also ask, are we only a gay company, the answer to that is no! With the LGBTQ+ community being the core of our audience and having that community’s well-being as our principal value, we invite and appreciate everyone that supports our mission and wants to enjoy our products and services. Without our allies, we would be alone in this battle in making the world a better place. As an example, my sister is our CFO and is one of the biggest allies in my life.
I want to again welcome you to Queer Inc and I hope you find our company unique, quite remarkable, and now fully QUEER!

Our Mission
Queer Inc is driven to lead and inspire the services and products the LGBTQ+ community needs and deserves. We believe everything we do should have the queer community’s values as our core mission and serve those values with respect, diligence, understanding, and compassion.
Our Vision
We envision Queer Inc being a leader not just in the private sector, but in the advancement of the LGBTQ+ community it represents to the world. A world where acceptance and respect are not a privilege but the norm. Where one’s own identity is theirs and does not have to conform to make anybody else happy, rather for everyone to be happy for who they are. We envision our company to embrace and create spaces for people to be authentically them and from there, for them to share their space with the world, not the world taking it over.
